After several years of casually talking about it amongst ourselves and friends, months of seriously thinking about it, we finally started commercially in August 2009 under the
“Bak Kwa King” label.
‘King’ in Mandarin has the same Chinese character as my wife’s last name.
We’d like to say thank you to everyone that gave us and our product a try. Our dream of recreating a Malaysian delicacy, starting with Bak Kwa is ready to be shared with your family and friends.
